About Bodzaház
We opened our apartments in June 2020 in Tarján. The origin of our name (Bodzaház means Elderberry House) comes from the huge elderberry bushes that used to cover the place. Both the interior design and services we offer guarantee that our guests spend enjoyable time here.
We have two bigger apartments for 4+2 persons and a studio apartment for 2+1 persons.

Our little fallow deer farm makes Bodzaház Apartment unique, guests can observe our beloved four legged family members’ lives, even from your bedroom window.
As a dog-friendly accommodation, we warmly welcome our guests’ four-legged companions as well. Before booking, please note that our property is not fenced, and the peace and safety of our deer are a priority. Therefore, we can only accommodate dogs that are either on a leash or respond immediately when called.

Big apartments
Each of our big apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, living/dining room and two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has two twin beds.
We suggest this type of apartment mainly for families, friend groups and business guests for long-term stay.
Studio apartment
Our studio apartment has two twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen corner and a big couch. This apartment is ideal for short stay, for hikers or business guests for 1-2 nights.
Outdoor pictures
Our prices include the followings:
- In the kitchen there are a fridge, a stove with oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine with capsules, dinnerware and cutlery, and a TV in the living room.
- In the bathroom a clean hand towel, bath towels, a bathmat and a hairdryer are provided.
- For the relaxing nights, we want to contribute to the comfort of our guests with quality hypoallergenic mattresses, pillows and bed linen.
- The windows are equipped with shadows, mosquito nets and blackout curtains.
- For our youngest guests a baby cot bed and a high chair are available, free of charge.
- The apartments have air conditioning, we use them for heating in mild cold weather too, and there is also a gas boiler for heating in the colder months.
- We have our own parking lot in front of the apartments with lighting and a security camera.
You don’t need to bring these:

- sugar, sweetener, coffee creamer
- dishwashing soap, sponge, kitchen towel
- soap, air freshener
- paper towel, tissue, napkin, toilet roll
- bed linen, sheet, blanket
- towels
